Returns and Refunds

We will issue a immediate refund of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount paid for products purchased which are out of stock or otherwise unavailable.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date you received the product.
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date you received the product.
We must be notified of intent to return a product by email at mrlg@motorcycleriders-leathergoods.com within seven (7) days of the customers receipt of the product.
You will be issued a return authorization number. You must state this authorization number on a separate piece of paper with any returns. Please also provide information as to what was wrong with the product.
Returned items must be in new/unused condition and include all original packing material (i.e. tags and packing materials).
The customer must pay the return shipping on all returned items.
Items returned to us that do not abide by our Returns and Refunds policy may be subject to a partial or non-refund.
All returned items must be received at our warehouse within thirty days of the date you received the product.
